  28. including from ESCOM representatives, in the Amiga newsgroups.  Both

  37.   Visicorp software director is Carl Sassenrath, creator of the Amiga
  38. Exec, the heart of the multitasking OS.  They spent a fair amount of
  39. money to acquire Amiga Technologies, and they already had the license to
  40. produce chips and machines.  Buying the whole company doesn't seem like
  41. a thing you would do if you weren't going to try and make something of
  42. it -- and the AT division of ESCOM is being transferred without being
  43. shut down.
